Renting both the Main House and Casita offers privacy, flexibility, and room to spread out — perfect for families, creative teams, or couples traveling together. The two spaces are separated by a short path, each with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom.
Main House
A two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with an open-concept living area, wood-burning fireplace, and large windows looking out over the mountains. The primary suite includes a king bed, fireplace, en suite bath, and a private sauna.
Casita
A self-contained studio with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom, and queen bed — cozy and efficient, with plenty of charm. Ideal for solo guests, couples, or use as a writing/creative studio alongside the main home.
Available for Monthly or Weekly Stays
Come and immerse yourself in the Taos mountains while we’re away traveling. Our home and casita are fully furnished with warmth, intention, and comfort in mind — a peaceful base for restoration, creativity, or simply enjoying the daily rhythms of life in Northern New Mexico.
What to know/What’s Included
Fully furnished: quality beds, linens, cookware, furnishings
All utilities included: electric (up to monthly cap), high-speed internet, water
Washer/dryer in the main house
Sauna (in en suite bath of main bedroom in main house)
Basic supplies provided for the first two weeks (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.)
4WD or AWD vehicle required to access our mountain road

Tenant Responsibilities
Trash to local transfer station (dump cards provided)
Snow removal and basic property upkeep
Pet deposit if applicable
Lease Term: Minimum 6 months

Security Deposit: One month’s rent (refundable)
